By creating an account or using Koydo CDL, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Koydo CDL is an educational platform providing practice tests and study tools to help individuals prepare for the Commercial Driver's License (CDL) knowledge examination. We are not affiliated with the FMCSA, any state DMV, or any official testing authority.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Koydo CDL is a study aid only. We do not guarantee that using our platform will result in passing your CDL knowledge examination. Actual exam content is determined by your state DMV and the FMCSA. Always refer to your official state CDL manual as the primary study resource.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

5. Subscription and Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not used Premium features.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Koydo CDL to:

• Attempt to access or scrape question content programmatically
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to manipulate or circumvent our scoring systems

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including questions, explanations, and software, is owned by Koydo or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that questions are error-free or that the platform will be available without interruption.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koydo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
